People across the globe are dying to GET Happiness.

People across the society WANT Happiness.

People across the proximity NEED Happiness.

What have you observed while reading above pasted three sentences?

You must have observed that I have emphasized on words like ‘GET’, ‘WANT’ and ‘NEED’.

Why I have emphasized these words with caps? Okay, before we talk about these, let me tell you one small story about the great Buddha.

One day an exhausted man from his life went to meet God Buddha. He belonged to a rich family and had all comforts in his life.

He irritatingly shouted in front of God Buddha, and said, ‘Lord, I have been blessed with a big name, fame, beautiful family but still am not happy with my life.’

He screamed in pain, ‘I WANT Happiness’.

Lord Buddha smiled and said politely, ‘First remove ‘I’ that is Ego. Now remove ‘WANT’- That’s Desire.’

Now you are only left with ‘HAPPINESS’.

Happiness is around you. You can never be happy when you trying to satisfy your own ego as you are saying ‘I want Happiness’. How?

First, when you use ‘I’ then it shows that you are self-centric. I want Happiness. I want this. I want that.

A person with self-centric can never be happy.

To be Happy, you must give.

For Happiness, you must share love and positive emotions. You must help others unselfishly. And when you share your love and smiles you receive immense satisfaction which makes you happy.

Second, when you use words like ‘Want’, ‘Need’ etc. then it shows your ego and desires which you are trying to satisfy.May be by hook or crook. Or in worst case, by hurting anyone’s feelings.
